Mr. Nobu Kishi
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Sharepro Co., Ltd.
As founder and CEO of Japan consulting firm Kishi & Associates, Nobu has been providing executive-level services since 2002 to global corporations in the food & beverage, IT, media, and FMCG industries such as Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Philip Morris International, Hakutsuru Sake, Moet Hennessey, Hitachi, IBM, Daimler, Dow Jones & Company, Dentsu, Dentsu Young & Rubicam, Ajinomoto, Kewpie, and PASCO, among others.
He has been a business management content producer for over 15 years after founding the executive management club “First Wednesday”, which had a media partnership with Wall Street Journal. Based on discussions and dialogue with the senior management of various firms, he has been a regular contributor to a major Japanese marketing magazine under the heading of “Views of Top Marketers Active in Global Markets.” In addition, he produced the TV program, “Global Corporations Lasting 100 Years” on TV Tokyo, part of the Nikkei Newspaper group. He began his career as an intern at Dow Jones & Company, where he published articles in the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and Dow Jones Newswires. Currently he is a member of the Senior Executive Council of BS-TBS, a Japanese TV corporation where he advises on the direction of content to board members and the CEO. In addition, he also serves as non-executive Director of Hit Corporation, a digital billboard media company in Japan.
He worked for Goldman Sachs in the investment banking division with a focus on Strategies, M&A, Initial Public Offerings, and Investor Relations advisory services to Japanese and international corporations. Having majored in Asian studies and US-Japan relations at the Harvard Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, Nobu earned a Master of Arts Degree with the Edwin O. Reischauer Scholarship from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with a major in international relations with emphasis on international economics and Asian studies. He also completed a Program for Executive Development (PED) at the IMD business school in Switzerland. He was a lecturer from 2011-2015 at Gakushuin University.
Mr. Shoji Kiyooka
COO of Sharepro Co., Ltd.
Shoji established Share Pro Co., Ltd., a food communications and sales promotion company, in July 2013 after years of experience as a member of senior management of various communication companies.
As an entrepreneur, he started one of the largest portal websites in Japan that introduces more than 2,000 personal cooking classes, and operates cooking classes for foreigners at Tsukiji. He earned his undergraduate degree from Kanto Gakuin University.
Mr. Hiroshi Aota
CFO of Sharepro Co., Ltd.
As Vice President of Kishi & Associates K.K, whom he joined in 2005, Hiroshi is responsible for advisory services covering strategy, financial planning and executions, IPOs and mergers and acquisitions. His main sectors of expertise are retail, web and food companies. He also supports the coordination of “First Wednesday“ in partnership with the Wall Street Journal.
He joined NOMURA ASSET MANAGEMENT CO., LTD. in 2001, where he was an equity and credit analyst overseeing the food, retail and internet business sectors in the domestic and overseas market.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the School o f Economics of Osaka University and studied at the University of California, Los Angeles as an exchange student during his time there. He is a Chartered Member of the Security Analysts Association of Japan.
